On a topic that might bring people on this site together as oppose to bashing each other: I have a few friends who go to Indiana University and one of them has recently told me that their Greek Life is so perfect and so amazing- so much better than SEC greek life and specifically Mizzou's. After I stopped laughing i just wanted to share some key points with you guys. 1. Only about 30% of girls who rush at IU get in a house 2. They have "pairings" and that's their only way to get into frats. For example alpha alpha alpha might be paired with beta beta beta one weekend and that's the only frat they can get into.. and only with other girls in their sorority. So how do they ever meet other people or branch outside of their chapters? They don't. 3. Well let's be honest no one does homecoming like mizzou 4. This year a new rule: no freshmen allowed at frats 5. Cold dorms in sororities? 40-50 girls sleeping in one room.. no thanks I'm sure there's more criticism but these are the ones I'm familiar with or what I know from my friends involved in Greek life at IU. So let's take a moment to appreciate our Greek life because personally I think our Greek life is awesome.. especially compared to this.
