SK had one of the largest PC's this year because they were allowed to overbid this year to reach average chapter size because it was their first recruitment. It was not snap bidding, it was PHA giving them a one time pass to try and gain numbers by letting them take MORE than quota on Bid Day. As for who was under quota, I heard it was only one house and I thought it was Sigma but now that I'm looking at the numbers I'm gonna have to assume it was Zeta or ADPi. Quota was 88 so either ADPi lost ten girls over the semester or they never met quota to begin with and tried to play it off like it was somebody else. Zeta losing members makes sense but ADPi only having 78 girls is just too weird for that not to be the explanation.
