SK was allowed to recruit up to full chapter size which is why they got so many girls, they were allowed to give more bids on bid day than normal houses. Sigma and Phi Mu COB'd some great girls during the Fall and all three houses will probably COB again just to try and get closer to average chapter size. And yeah, what the hell happened with ADPi? Clearly they were the ones who didn't make quota and just sat back and let everyone say that Sigma or Zeta were the ones who didn't make quota. Proof is in the numbers though, ADPi is slipping.
