this is very true, if you look at the PC sizes as well you can easily make a list of houses that will be COBing this semester: Phi Mu, Zeta, Sigma, SK (our usual chapters that have to COB), maybe DG, Gphi? I think GPhi has already COBed this fall though - just because they reported having a higher NM quota than allowed.
