Exactly! I think the only time COBing is considered bad is when a house COB's every single semester because they can't get enough girls in their Fall PC's. Sigma, Zeta, Phi MU. Houses that are required to COB because they didn't make or maintain quota. But even in the case of Phi Mu, at least in recent years, they've stepped their COB game up and recruited very respectable girls. COBing only hurts your house when you take low quality women.
