Sigma Kappa probably will but they didn't publicly COB last year, you had to know somebody. It'll be the same this year. Sigma will because they were under quota, not sure if you have to know somebody or not. Zeta will because they lose girls every year after recruitment and Phi Mu will but I think they'll be pickier this time because they got a very good PC in the Fall. I heard ADPi is because they lost a lot of girls during pledgeship but my friend, who is an ADPi, was drunk when she let that slip, so it might not even be true, she might've just been drunk. Good to keep in mind though.
