I've always thought Panhell could do a better job of preparing girls for recruitment. I really think they should explain that the odds are against getting into a top house, but that just being a part of the Greek system, in any house, is a worthy goal and a great way to spend your college years. What women need to decide is whether their goal is to specifically be a PiPhi or a Theta or an ADPi or whatever, or whether it is to be Greek. Because there is a likelihood of success for the latter group, but not the former.
