But your retention isn't even consistently top 5 delta. You lose more members than kappa, chi o and pi phi throughout the year therefore it doesn't matter how you do in rush, you can't seem to maintain them the way the other top tier houses can. I won't deny you do well, but so do the other three top houses AND they are able to keep them. Also, I think you're priding yourself a little too much saying you leave other houses in the dust. You don't. There are absolutely outstanding girls who prefer other houses. I'm very sorry to tell you.
