From my understanding, houses with high dues are most likely still paying off house renovations/new houses that weren’t financially supported by nationals enough. For example: DG and Zeta got new houses at the same time, DG dues shot up to the highest while zetas didn’t. From what I’ve heard, zeta nationals covered their new house while DG’s didn’t. Tri Sigma is still paying off their new house that they built when they came to campus. If you wanna know drop rates, compare numbers listed on grade reports.
