AKL After that, I guess Farmhouse is O.K. but they are small house now, Kappa Sig is decent, Phi Delt not that good anymore, TKE might be moving up, Lambda Chi isn't terrible, A E Pi is now a large house with 80 guys and they will be over 100 next year. Sig Ep is pretty large, but weak pledge sauce. Those are the clear cut top 9, after that, there is drop off, without a doubt.
