It costs only $9,800 for a PiPhi to live in the house for a year or just $8,600 for an ADPi. But it costs more than $12,000 for a DG. That's a big difference. And let's be honest, of those three who would have DG as their first choice? Plus the PiPhi and ADPi houses are among the most beautiful houses on campus. And, obviously, among the most financially secure.
