pretty sure all mizzou pha sorority houses are above $3000 a year. mine is the second cheapest (not sure what the first is or how much their dues are) and ours are about $3000-$4000 (i forgot) for freshmen and $8000 to live in house (some houses are around $15000) and around $2000-$3000 a year for out of house girls that aren't new members. our dues are low but we still have a pretty new/nice house. dues do not reflect the niceness of a house or tiers at all. usually just depends on how much money a chapter's nationals gives them. some "top" houses (or what freshmen would call top houses-- tiers are so dumb) have way cheaper dues than "bottom" houses
