It depends on the house, their budget, and how many members they have. I will say that DG has higher dues, but they have a huge house and more expenses to maintain. I’d say the minimum amount of dues you’d be expected to pay is around $1000 a semester (not including additional costs like apparel). I don’t the only reason that some houses are more expensive is exclusively because of tiers. It varies on alumni support, financial stability, amount of members, the number of events planned, and other factors.
