Just want to clarify that higher ranking on their bid list doesn’t mean that you will get a bid there even if you rank the other house higher. It’s a mutual selection. If you are #1 on your legacy’s bid list and #40 on the other house’s list, you will still get your first choice if it’s not your legacy house.
