Every house takes sophomores my dear, and a lot of the middle to houses especially I’ve noticed. But you have a chance everywhere in theory. You have great college and HS grades and you’re involved. Just get recommendation letters for as many chapters as you can and I think you’re set for recruitment. Just let your authentic self shine, have fun, and BE OPEN MINDED. I’m sure you’ll find your home. One thing I want to mention is don’t let getting cut by a house you liked bring you down, because every girl goes through it. Not a ton of people get invited back to every single house they ranked. Since you’ve been around campus you’re likely already aware of reputations and are friends with girls in certain houses, but don’t let that dictate your whole experience. Sometimes friends could put in a good word about you but ultimately it comes down to the girls you have conversations with. Good luck, can’t wait for you to be Greek, and maybe even my sister!!
