Cartwright was a disaster here. He had his opinions and did not pay attention to anything that would say otherwise. Under his leadership, Dyad Strategies was hired. They produced a report that was basically identical to another campus report and put Mizzou on the cover. When Dyad Strategies was confronted with how the report did not properly represent Mizzou, they back peddled but stuck with conclusions that didn't match publicly available Greek statistics. Instead of listening to fraternities and sororities to find meaningful solutions, the reports flawed findings were forced down everyone's throat and a great chance to improve our Greek system was lost. Only a handful of fraternities stood up to him and everyone was sold out by Greek organizations without houses and Greek alums that were more interested in their status with the university than making a positive difference in Greek life.
