I would rush again as a sophomore IF you have above a 3.2-3.3. If you have poor grades and you're a sophomore, forget it. My house (top or upper-mid, depending on who you ask) does take sophomores ONLY if they have good grades and involvement on campus. Also, get to known women in sororities that you might be interested in joining. They can pull for you when you go through recruitment.
