I would highly advise against aiming for only top tier houses because unless you are exceptional you will probably not get a bid to one of them. Rush here is very competitive and to get into ANY house you have to be amazing. That being said, the five houses that most people consider top are... Kappa Theta Chi-O Pi Phi Delta Personally I think ADPi is top because they do well in comps and that's important to me, I joined a house that does well in comps that wasn't ADPi so it's something I respect in a house over looks/party girl reputation. However most people consider ADPi upper middle tier along with GPhi. If you're trying to get into a house based on what is considered good, then any of the top five I mentioned plus GPhi and ADPi are considered good picks. The rest sort of fall in middle tier and bottom tier territory. Again, any house is wonderful to be apart of and you would be lucky to get a bid because it's very hard here because of the sheer volume of girls there are. My advice is advice you're going to hear over and over but it does help. Keep an open mind regardless of tier. Because all of our sororities are good :)
