Very bad. They are typically bottom three in grades, terrible retention rate (lose a lot of their pledges in the first semester), and not very involved (although once in a blue moon they pull off a decent placement). That being said, they are getting better. They stepped up their grades last semester so it's a good start. We will see if they can hold on to their girls this semester and keep their grades up. They're kinda in that weird limbo phase bw bottom and mid tier. Better than bottom tier but not good enough to hang out with the mid houses.
