Don't know what their advisors/national reps were thinking when they chose that design. It does look like a glorified dorm. Sometimes, as superficial as it sounds, a house can make or break a chapter at a big Greek school. Ex: ADPi at Ole Miss is recolonizing after nearly 20 years off campus.
