I never really said I had entitlement of getting a bid from a certain house or my legacy house. All I said is i’m confident in myself so i’m not stressing out about this week. Do many girls have the same things they can put on their resume? Of course. It’s nothing particularly remarkable. All I was trying to imply was I had the base stats to not be in a panic over this week. I’m well aware that any one can get cut from somewhere no matter if they are a legacy or they look good on paper. But do I feel confident in myself that i’ll find a home in a chapter here? Yes. There’s nothing wrong with that.. So i’ll give you some updates. After open house round there were 5 chapters I really loved that I had wanted to go back to for philanthropy round, and of those 5 I really liked only 3 invited me back and the rest of the chapters I visited that day were fine, just not the ones that had been on my radar initially. But it’s the name of the game, i’m not going to cry about it. I’m willing to accept my list of chapters to visit tomorrow as well. I can’t predict the outcomes, but i’m still not going to stress because what’s meant to be will be. And like i’ve said, i’ll make the best of what I get in the end. However, I will acknowledge on how that might have come off in retrospect, so sorry, i’m not a snarky or arrogant person and that’s not what intended to seem like. I definitely could have worded my sentiment towards this week better. I don’t think I have this process in the bag by any means but I do think i’ll find my home.
