What about the knowledge? If you have excellent grades, you have earned them. It's more than just about getting into grad school. Some of us will do great things with a bachelor's degree because that's what our career requires. But if you have the knowledge you can do well in your field, be promoted, earn perofessional certifications and really get ahead. I doubt I would be interested in a master's right after graduation anyway since there are ways to get your employer to pay for grad school.
