Kappa is a super established sorority nationally that could likely fill an entire pledge class with legacies, so unfortunately no as a legacy you are not guaranteed an automatic bid. If anything, it gives you an automatic invite to the next round BUT this is entirely based upon the chapter and their individual policies regarding legacies. Hope that answers your question!
