^So true. I went through rush with an attitude, thinking that with my 3.95 gpa, academic and athletic honors and music awards that I was the cream of the crop. I thank god every day that I wound up in a great house, but I was even cut by my legacy house before the last day. Interesting that the house I wound up in actually is known for stealing other houses' top legacies. Thanks goodness for that, otherwise I probably wold have dropped before the last round.
