Such a shame whoever designed the new Chi-O house couldn't try and make the house look older. I feel like the real reason so many people like Kappa/Pi Phi/DG's homes is because they are beautiful and rustic without actually being old and falling apart. Chi-O really should've tried to emulate that and instead they made an eyesore of a house with no old sorority charm. It's big, but what else?
