Subject:
what’s it like joining a sorority as a sophomore

Poster Message:
I’m a sophomore transfer student, and I went to a big10 school where being Greek was a thing, but not super big or exciting enough to be on my radar like it is for an SEC school like Mizzou. Anyway, I signed up for formal recruitment because I wanted to see what it would be like and to help me make friends. I specifically wanted to hear the experiences of other people who joined as a sophomore and what it was like. Are sophomores treated the same as freshman new members? Will active sophomores be open to hanging with the new member ones? Is it an expectation to live in house the following year as a junior? I’m open to the overall experience i’m just really curious.
