I'm a Delt who graduated today. I'm not a quitter at anything or I'd have been long-gone from the chapter at Mizzou. What most of you see from the outside is not really reflective of what it's like on the inside. As a chapter, we've been good at building a facade to hide numerous weaknesses on the inside. Yes, great grades but a weak brotherhood, internal strife, and concealed hazing and rule violations. Alums have been damned creative and good at covering for us with the University (probably took lessons from the Beta alums). I definitely don't see the new house as a remedy for what the chapter is really like.
