Dear PNMs, We know you're nervous. We were too. Many of us had no rec letters, no alumni friends, no older sisters, not even this website to tell us anything about rush. Stop asking questions on here. You'll get it on your own. Think about it, you're in college now, you're big girls. This website is a TERRIBLE place to get answers anyways. That being said, I'm going to tell you to wait until you get to school! Your Pi Chis will be happy to answer any and all questions you have before the recruitment process starts, that's what they're there for. There is nothing in this world that they'll want to do more than answer your questions and help you through the process, when the time comes. But, until then, POTENTIAL members of our lovely, selective, and historic Greek life remember these parting instructions. To all of the girls who have just assumed that you're going to get in to the exact house of your current choice or any house at all (especially "tri delt to be" and "sororiy girl"), you'll need to change your attitudes before recruitment. To any girl with her heart set on a particular house, change that mindset, you might get here and hate the house that you think you love or you might not fit in. That means that you'll have 14 other houses that you would be LUCKY to receive a bid from. To the girls who "don't want to be in a bottom tier house", that attitude has to stop. So, good luck. You'll all end up where you belong.
