Chi-O was the top house this year. Will they be next year? Who knows. The other top tier houses will put up a fight and the "best house" is constantly shifting between the top tier houses. But the facts remain that Chi-O was the undisputed top dog this year. They won pretty much everything and had an amazing recruitment. Nothing you say will take that away from them and PNM's will figure out what we all already know about Chi-O. One empty bottle in their house isn't enough to take them down a tier. That's asinine.
