This is a double-edged sword - having a new/upgraded house may make a sorority more attractive, but even with the alumnae support, those new or upgraded facilities end up costing members a great amount of increase in house fees and dues. Having a new/updated house might price some sororities out of consideration by some PNMs - if a housing fees/dues are too expensive, they may take a pass on that sisterhood. Please share if you know - who has the highest to lowest fees per member?
