Delta Zeta has been coming to MU's campus for years and years trying to get a house here and it's not going to happen. They have put money behind this effort and the SK's here are only SK's and not DZ's because SK already had a house and DZ didn't. There just isn't room right now. Maybe if a national chapter managed to buy one of the frat houses out from a chapter that got kicked off but I don't think MU would agree to that unless the house was IN Greek Town. Nobody wants a sorority house on frat row.
