My sympathies to any members of the fraternities who had nothing to do with their houses getting shut down and/or were unaware of what was going on. That said, I am SO HAPPY the university is cleaning house. The mediocrity of the fraternity scene at this school reflects badly on ALL of Greek life. Time to kick them out and start over. And this time, perhaps the leadership of the fraternities will understand that rules are rules. For those members of other fraternities who are aware of their houses ignoring the rules, speak up now and make them stop or you, too, will find yourself without letters. Word to the wise.
