I'm probably going to be accused of being a troll, but the return rates are widely known (whether PanHell likes it or not). Top five were PiPhi, Theta, ChiO, TriDelt and ADPi. Biggest gains over 2016 were DG, Zeta and Kappa. (Yes, new houses make a difference). Biggest percentage drop in return rates were GPhi and APhi. I don't remember the houses at the bottom of the list because we didn't spend much time talking about that in exec. And if you don't like the results, by all means just call me a troll instead of working within your house to do better.
