Not everyone has the "top" houses when they fill out their final bid card, or receive their bid (if they get one). And that is OK! Because not everyone fits/wants the "top tier" house. Believe me, there are trade offs if you are selected by some random reasons (if you know someone already in the house). The "top tier" houses are populated with everyone who are cut from the same cloth. Part of the reason they call themselves "top tier" - they perpetuate this myth. Quality people are members of ALL the Mizzou houses! Personally, I prefer to widen my horizons and meet/become friends with incredible individuals who are their own person. No matter which house they inhabit.
