Solely because of the Balanced Man Program, those "pledges" were in fact full brothers. BMP eliminated pledging, so there is no vetting period to screen out idiot criminals like these "pledges." It's not like SigEp brothers told these new members to go assault people. But the BMP brings these new challenges to risk management.
