Sororities like having girls all four years because it gives them time to get the girls invested. But like I said it's not impossible to get a bid as a junior. You just have to show that you are ready to throw yourself and that you're excited to join their group. Some houses may cut you based on age but I'll be the first to say that the house I joined didn't care how old I was, they cared that I was passionate and eager to join. I really wouldn't worry about it as long as your grades and enthusiasm are both high :)
