If you want to raise up your own house, you might look at what makes some houses the consistent first choice of so many PNMs. It's a combination of things: grades, leadership, activities, mix of in-state and out-of-state, charisma, ease of conversation and so much more. I guess the point is, you have to refuse to compromise your standards. Some houses know that, like ADPi, AXO and KD. That's why they're doing so well. Even Kappa has started to think outside the box. The houses that are foundering are those that always take the same kind of girl or those who will take anyone just to make quota. And that just says desperate.
