We also could talk about what happened during recruitment that caused houses to drop a tier. GPhi from upper tier to middle tier. APhi from lower mid-tier to bottom tier. I have my theories. I think PNMs can be more selective since there are fewer of them and are looking for the whole package. The houses that dropped are those that are one-dimensional. The houses that are rising (AXO, ADPi, Kappa) and staying in the top tier (PiPhi, XO) are those that seem to appeal to a wider range of PNMs and are looking for more than one type of girl.
