You WILL have fewer options if you pledge in spring and you might not like the options you have. You also won't have a very big pledge class in most cases, so joining in spring is not the best way to get to know lots of people. But, goodGod, you have been at your current school for a matter of weeks. Give it a chance. It's far too early to give up. Plus, you should go to the best school for your major, not because you want to join a sorority. You might have some growing up to do in order to put things in perspective.
