Seriously, most houses at one time or another have participated in COB. Current members of AXO or KD might not realize that those 2 houses have COB'd for years and probably will again. GPhi had a few scandals in the past and had to COB. SK and Sigma both being relatively new additions have COB'd. Phi Mu is considered somewhat new (as far as greek life goes) and they COB. ADPI and DDD both had years where they COB'd. Zeta and APhi are regulars on the COB. As an older member of greek life and a member in a house that has quietly COB'd, I can honestly say - Zeta, APhi, Sigma, SK, AXO, KD, and Phi Mu are the regulars on the COB circuit. It is not a bad thing and why some of these chapters are hypocritical and act like their house has NEVER COB'd is beyond me. The only houses that I have never heard of COB'ing is XO and Theta, and that may be a national's rule for them. But it is kinda cute to see AXO act like they are above COB'ing :)
