When a house COBs semester after semester there IS a problem. They are 1) recruiting the wrong types of girls 2) losing many who can't make grades 3) taking girls who eventually flunk out 4) taking girls who aren't serious about school and drop out 5) can't retain their seniors 6) can't afford sorority life and on and on. It's not a good sign. They aren't a strong house. And - hint - it has nothing to do with girls who graduate in three years.
