Overall I think NM 17 was cheerful and pleased with their bids! i didn't get to see everyone's new member class but here are some chapters that stuck out to me: Gphi, pi phi, kappa, axo, all had some gorgeous new members! Also saw new members from KD who were happy. Adpi and zeta seemed to have a quiet celebration. Not saying that's bad, just the houses around them seemed to be really having a good time perhaps outshining them.
