Nope-That is not correct. Go take a look at how many houses(majority)offered bids to girls AFTER Bid Day. All but ONE house took girls last year, and almost every single one of those girls went through formal recruitment. Why would you discourage someone from exploring her options and getting involved in greek life? Unless you don't go here or it didn't work out for you...but for MANY girls it works out so don't offer negative advice! some of the most involved girls in houses dropped from formal recruitment.
