TriDelt is a strong house and you'd be lucky to get a bid there, but hopefully you are keeping an open mind about all the houses you are visiting because there are great things about every house to love! As far as the chatter about "no seniors left", it's not uncommon for some seniors (and even juniors) to deactivate / take alum status.
