You're so lost, our accountancy program is a 150 hr program, not the point anyways - the point is that to get employed in the field science majors need to attend grad school and therefore need to be top of their class. Accountancy majors are ready to work ft after mizzou's program (then again, it's a lot more difficult to gain entry into bschool than a regular BA.) Also, being graded on a curve means grabbing the exam's mean % and grading based on that %. This finance class had a certain pass rate that needed to be met and therefore the pass rate was set based on meeting that rate and everyone's grade was bumped to reflect the new "60%" pass rate - in my case that pushed my 90-something to over 100%. PS: generally bell curves are put into place because of failure rates being too high, not the other way around LOL
