LOL well I can tell you aren't in a top tier! A couple weeks ago myself, several actives (including some senior exec members) went for brunch (happened every year) with some pnms we're interested in and we weren't afraid to let them know we'll be giving them bids. If you weren't aware this was going on I'm not surprised, mid/low tier houses don't have the luxury of choosing exactly who they want. PS bid selection differs amongst chapters and our advisor encourages us to meet with the cream of crop, it's tradition and it's why the top 2 houses will ALWAYS get the girls they want. Anyways the point of this isn't about ME, the point is that is does happen and if it's a passing comment by one or two actives, pnms, please don't take their word as gold. Most mean well but you can never truly guarantee that things will work out the way one, or even several, girls want it to.
