In the past hear I have heard about PiPhi, theta, Kappa, ChiO, ADPi and Gamma Phi being guilty of bid promising. No matter what house is being accused, it doesn't happen. Have you ever noticed the lower tier houses like SK, PhiMu and Alpha Phi are never accused of it, but just the better houses? That tells me a whole lot of girls in bottom tier houses are just angry they didn't get into better houses and are falsely accusing the better houses. Really, it's pretty transparent.
