The top house is the house where you fit in and feel loved/canmake quality friendships. Everyone is looking for something different...."tiers" are more on who is popular at first glance and actually do not exist in reality. Learn from high school that popular doesnt always mean happy or secure. Where I may like a house that paties, you may hate that crap and want a house that academically challenges you. Your roomate may want a house where she can find girls to get invoved in their philanthropy and others want to participate in dance and homecoming skits. Which is best?
