there are tons of threads on this topic already. I encourage you to dig deeper for your answers but for the simplicity of your question: get to know the girls in the houses, they're the ones who will invite you to COB events and vouch for you for membership. COBing houses will be most definitely Sigma Kappa, Tri Sigma, Phi Mu. KD, AXO, and Zeta also typically COB BUT with the first three houses I mentioned under campus total they may not have the opportunity to do so.
