There are many houses who have been pushing for a smaller quota for years. Now perhaps their dream will come true. It simply isn't right that not all members have a chance to live in the house for at least a year. And the better houses have such high retention that some girls never get to live in. Let's remember it wasn't that long ago that girls got to live in the house for two years because quotas weren't so ridiculously high. Lower quotas may be a problem for houses that can't keep members because they drop out or flunk out. This will separate good houses from bad. Maybe it's time for the houses that are barely hanging on and who have to COB all the time to fail. And perhaps they will start having higher standards so that their members stay in school.
